Who I am

Eve Kermack Coaching provides online life coaching and therapeutic, trauma-informed coaching services.

In this Privacy Policy, “I”, “me” and “my” refer to Eve Kermack trading as Eve Kermack Coaching.

Information I may collect

Depending on how you interact with me and my services, I may collect information including:

  • information you provide when making an enquiry or booking a call or coaching session;

  • information provided through intake or coaching forms;

  • book a Clarity Call or coaching session;

  • engage me as your coach;

Some technical information may also be collected automatically when you use this website through cookies, analytics or similar technologies.

Why I collect and use your information

I may collect and use personal information to:

  • respond to enquiries;

  • arrange and manage bookings;

  • determine whether my coaching services are appropriate for you;

  • provide coaching services;

  • maintain appropriate records relating to our coaching relationship;

The nature of coaching means that you may voluntarily disclose sensitive information.

There may, however, be limited circumstances in which information may be disclosed without your consent, including where disclosure is required or authorised by law, or where there is a serious and imminent concern regarding safety and disclosure is permitted by law.
