About Me
Hi, I'm Eve.
I'm really glad you're here. If we're going to spend time together in coaching, it feels only fair that you know a little about me too.
I'm someone who's deeply committed to living this life fully. That has meant shedding old stories, healing what needed healing and aligning with my values. I'm still learning to be courageous, to choose what truly matters to me beyond the shoulds and conditioning, and to be honest about what I want and need.
I'm a solo mum to a teenage daughter who I adore. She is my world and has also been the greatest catalyst for my own growth. She has called me, even if not consciously, to become the mum she's needed; a sturdy, emotionally regulated presence in her life.
While her dad and I are no longer together, it's always been important to me that we have a respectful relationship. I wanted our daughter to grow up surrounded by kindness, generosity and care. Quite frankly, I wanted that for myself too.
In my life, I have had to do so much deep inner work to heal my nervous system from being stuck in survival and expand my capacity for joy, love, being seen, success, peace and sometimes just sitting and reading a darn book without feeling guilty. As someone who likes to make meaning out of most experiences in life — I consider myself a cycle-breaker.
As a kid, I rarely felt safe; I had no real connection to myself and often felt pulled by circumstances and other people. I spent years travelling, working in hospitality and pursueing acting. By the time I reached my thirties I no longer felt attached to any of it. I felt depressed, alone and completely lost. I was searching for something to anchor me to this world.
I then had a few experiences that felt divinely orchestrated that came in the form of books and people with messages that led me on a different trajectory in life. I began learning about trauma, especially my own, and how it had shaped me in ways I hadn't realised. When I learnt that change was possible, it blew my mind. I knew I wanted to help other people get on with truly living.
I became an NLP Practitioner. Soon after, I became a mum. I was drawn to working with young people. I became involved in rites of passage work and, alongside that, built a business mentoring girls and young women. I cared deeply about helping young people build the kind of internal resources many of us didn't have growing up.
However, I love depth. As rewarding as working with young people was, I felt the pull to work with adults. Between 2021 and 2025, I became a certified coach, undertaking three trainings in fundamentals, recovery and therapeutic methods.
I love creating a space where someone gets to slow down and take their time to be fully seen and heard. Watching clients begin to befriend themselves, choose themselves and treat themselves like they matter fills me with a deep sense of fulfilment, purpose and meaning. Seeing them create lives that feel more aligned with who they are and what matters most to them is why I do this work. I finally found my calling, and I genuinely love what I do.
If any part of my story resonates with you, I'd love to hear yours. I offer a complimentary 30-minute call where we can explore what you're navigating and whether we're the right fit to work together.
